New Librarians!

Foundation Center’s Cleveland office would like to introduce our new social sector librarians!

Sara and Natalie are Greater Cleveland natives with almost 10 years of combined library work experience. They will be posting content to the center’s blog on various topics including philanthropy, new book releases, and fun facts about nonprofits.

Sara holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Baldwin-Wallace University and a Masters of Library Science (M.L.I.S.) from Kent State University. Prior to her current position, she worked at Cleveland Public Library, Rocky River Public Library, and Building Hope in the City. Her interests include reading, going to concerts, and traveling.

Natalie earned her undergraduate degree in Women’s and Gender Studies at Cleveland State University. While pursuing her B.A., she worked as a project archivist for the President’s Advisory Committee on the Role and Status of Women and as a library assistant at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Library. Before coming to the Foundation Center, she served in AmeriCorps VISTA and the Ohio History Service Corps. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, hiking, and French new wave cinema.

Sara and Natalie will be stationed at the reference desk so please say "hi" when you come into the library!
