The Foundation Center, in partnership with Grassroots Grantmakers, has collected a series of podcasts on resident-led grantmaking. In this podcast, Rachel Oscar of Grassroots Grantmakers visits the Raymond John Wean Foundation in Warren, Ohio to meet with three people who are involved in various capacities with Neighborhood SUCCESS, Wean's resident-led grantmaking program.
